摘要(Abstract)：

通过测定６９例正常人与２２例鳞癌、２０例腺癌的血清卵泡刺激素（ＦＳＨ）、黄体生成素（ＬＨ）、泌乳素（ＰＲＬ）、雌二醇（Ｅ２）、睾酮（Ｔ）的水平，发现腺癌与正常人以及两种不同类型肺癌间性激素水平有显著差异。
The levels of serum sex hormone FSH, LH, PRL, E2, T were measured in 22 male patients with squmous cell carcinoma, 20 with adenocarcinoma and a control group of 60 normal men.The results showed that levels of FSH, LH, PRL, T but E2 of all patients were slightly lower than those of control. No hormone level difference between the patients with squmous cell carcinoma and the control (P>0. 05). But the E2, T levels in adenocarcinoma group were lower than those of control (P<0. 05, P<0.01 respectively). The E2, T levels were much lower in adenocarcinoma group than in squmous cell carcinoma group (P<0. 05). It is believed that adenocarcinoma can refrain the secretive function of gonal.
