摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的含量变化及杏丁对其的影响。方法:观察急性脑梗死患者在发病3d内和治疗1周后血清NSE变化和神经功能缺损评分变化,并观察杏丁对其的影响。结果:急性脑梗死常规治疗组和杏丁组发病2d内血清NSE均高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗1周后常规治疗组血清NSE含量仍高于对照组(P<0.05),而杏丁组与对照组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);杏丁组神经功能缺损评分与常规治疗组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者血清NSE含量增高,而杏丁可显著降低NSE的含量;杏丁的近期临床疗效也优于常规治疗组。表明杏丁对急性脑梗死患者具有脑保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the variation of serum content of nerve specific enolase (NSE) in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and the influence of xingding on it. Methods: To observe the changes of NSE content in serum and nerve function deficit score of patients with ACI in the first 3 days of the onset and one week post-treatment. The results of patients in Xingding treated group (XG) were compared with those of patients in routine treated group (RG). 30 healthy people were chosen as control group. Results: NSE contents of patients in both XG group and RG group in the first 2 days were higher than those of control group ( P< 0.01). In one week post-treatment, NSE content of patients in RG group was still higher than that of control group ( P< 0.05), while that of XG group decreased to the level of control group ( P >0.05), and the nerve function deficit score of XG group was significantly different from that of control group. Conclusions: The NSE content in serum increases in patients with ACI. Xingding can decrease its level. Xingding gives better curative results than routine therapy in a short period, which shows that Xingding has protective effect to brain.
