致倦库蚊胃、胸肌及卵巢匀浆内的游离氨基酸

摘要(Abstract):

应用高效液相色谱仪对致倦库蚊胃、胸肌及各期卵巢的匀浆内游离氨基酸进行分析,结果表明:①致倦库蚊羽化蚊与吸小鼠血后第5天蚊比较,胃组织匀浆内氨基酸种类和含量有较明显的变化,吸血后含量明显增加的氨基酸主要有蛋氨酸、鸟氨酸、苯丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸和谷氨酸,而赖氨酸、丙氨酸、丝氨酸等含量减少;蚊胸肌匀浆内检出18种氨基酸,以蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、鸟氨酸等含量较高,吸血后天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、异亮氨酸、缬氨酸等增加,丝氨酸、酪氨酸等则减少。无论在胃还是在胸肌匀浆,氨基酸总量吸血蚊明显高于羽化蚊。②致倦库蚊各期卵巢的匀浆内氨基酸变化较大,氨基酸种类分别为Ⅱ期16种、Ⅲ期18种,Ⅳ和Ⅴ期各19种。蛋氨酸、鸟氨酸等在各发育期卵巢内均占较大的比重。氨基酸总量亦随卵巢的发育而明显增加。
Free amino acids (FAAs) in homogenate of midguts, thoracic muscles and ovary of Culex pipiens quingefasciatus at emergence and on the 5th day after blood meal were detected respectively by high performance liquid chromatography (LC 6). Comparing FAAs in homogenate of midguts between emergence and those taking blood meal,the contents of methionine, ornithine, phenylalanine, asparticacid and glumatic acid increased remarkably and lysine, alanine, serine decreased in the latter. There were 18 kinds of FAAs in the homogenate of thoracic muscles. The contents of aspartic acid, glumatic acid, Isoeucine, valime were higher and serine, tryptophane were lower in those taking blood meal than that in emergence. The total FAAs in midguts were obviously higher than that in emergence as in thoracic muscles. There were 16,18,19.19 kinds of FAAs in the Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ stage ovary respectively. The contents of methionine, ornithine remained relatively high in all stage ovary of mosquitoes, especially in the Ⅴstage ovary. With developing of ovary, the total amounts of FAAs increased remarkably.
