袋鼠式护理在减轻早产儿静脉穿刺时疼痛反应中的作用

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察袋鼠式护理对减轻早产儿静脉穿刺疼痛反应中的作用。方法:100例无需辅助呼吸且未使用过镇静、镇痛药物,日龄10d的30~36周早产儿,随机分为袋鼠式护理组和对照组,袋鼠式护理组在进行静脉穿刺前20min按袋鼠式护理方法与母亲接触,并在整个穿刺过程中维持袋鼠式护理,对照组则以俯卧位置于温箱中;观察两组新生儿心率,血氧饱和度和哭喊持续时间。结果:在进行静脉穿刺的操作过程中,袋鼠式护理组心率和啼哭持续时间明显低于或短于对照组,血氧饱和度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:袋鼠式护理是一种安全有效的减轻早产儿静脉穿刺疼痛的方法。
Objective:To observe the effect of kangaroo mother care (KMC) on diminishing the pain response of preterm neonates to venepuncture. Methods:One hundred preterm neonates with 30-to 36-weeks gestational age and within 10 days of birth,who were breathing without assistance and were not receiving sedatives or analgesics in our neonatal intensive care units was chosen. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and control group. In experimental group,neonates were held in KMC for 20 minutes before and during the venepuncture procedure. In control group,neonates were in prone position in incubator. The primary observing indexes including maximum heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,and crying duration. Results:During the venepuncture procedure,heart rate,crying duration were significantly lower in experiment group than in control group,and blood oxygen saturation was higher in experiment group than in control group. Conclusions:For preterm neonates with 30-to 36-weeks gestational age,KMC should be an effective and safe method to relief venepuncture pain in preterm neonates.
