皂甙类药材的显微化学鉴别法Microchemistry Identification of Saponin-containing Traditional Chinese Medicines

摘要(Abstract):
用显微化学方法对十八种皂甙类药材进行鉴别,观察到了明显的显色反应和沉淀反应。说明在排除有类似反应的预处理条件下,用显微化学方法来鉴别皂甙类药材是可行的。这种办法简单易行,可用于野外药材调查。
Because of a great clinical demand for saponins, Such as ginsenosides, saikosides and glycyrrhizin, several differentiation methods to investigate their resources have been developed. In this paper, we report the possibility of microchemical techniques as a conventional procedure to identify different saponin-containing drugs. A series of reagents for colouring and depositing reactions, including Salkowki,Borntruger's,Ming-Yue,Rose-Heimer, LiebermannBurchard reagents and plumbous acetate water solution, and 18 verified saponin-containing drugs were applied with pretreatment of soaking the drug sections in cold perroleum benzine. The results showed that the plumbous acetate water solution sediment and Liebermann-Burchard reactions were consistently positive in all the drug sections, while other colouring reation were specifically grouped in individual drug with the same reaction patterns as those in the abstracts of the tested drugs. The findings suggest that the microchemistry identification of Sapcnin-containing medicines may be feasible and easy to carry out, especially in the field investigations.
