摘要(Abstract)：

目的:观察独活寄生汤联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症寒湿型的临床疗效。方法:80例腰椎间盘突出症寒湿型患者,随机均分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用独活寄生汤联合温针灸进行治疗,对照组单用独活寄生汤治疗,观察两组药物治疗前后患者腰腿痛、下肢麻木、畏寒、酸软无力等症状的改善情况及复发率。结果:治疗组治愈35例,好转5例,总有效率为100%;对照组治愈20例,好转15例,无效5例,复发3例,总有效率为87.5%,复发率为7.5%;两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.8,P<0.001),复发率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.25,P<0.01)。结论:独活寄生汤联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症寒湿型有明显疗效,其效果优于单用独活寄生汤。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Duhuojisheng decoction combined with warming acupuncture for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with cold-damp syndrome. Methods: Eighty cases of lumbar disc herniation with cold-damp syndrome were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received Duhuojisheng decoction and treatment of warming acupuncture,while the control group was treated with only Duhuojisheng decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared by the improved symptoms of back pain,numbness,chills,and weakness of the patients after treatment. Results: in the treatment group,35 were cured,5 improved,the total effective rate was 100%; while in the control group,20 were cured,15 improved,5 ineffective,3 recurred,and the total effective rate was 87. 5%,and the recurrence rate was 7. 5%. The differences between the two groups in total effective rate( χ2= 13. 8,P < 0. 001) and recurrence rate( χ2= 8. 25,P < 0. 01) were statistically significant. Conclusion: Duhuojisheng decoction combined with warming acupuncture possesses significant therapeutic effects for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with cold-damp syndrome,and the effect is better than sole treatment with Duhuojisheng decoction.
