摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗后循环缺血(PCI)的疗效。方法:依据治疗方式将100例PCI患者分成马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗组(观察组)和常规治疗组(对照组),观察组在常规治疗基础上加用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗,比较两组患者的治疗前后的C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平、血液流变学、经颅多普勒超声仪(TCD)检查结果,观察疗效及不良反应。结果:在治疗后观察组患者的CRP及血液流变学指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后TCD示观察组患者的的两侧椎动脉和基底动脉的收缩期和舒张期结果均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(χ2=10.71,P<0.01),两组患者的治疗不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:马来酸桂哌齐特注射液可能通过抗炎、抗血小板聚集以及降低血黏度有效改善后循环血液供应,提高治疗PCI的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of in the patients with posterior circulation ischemia( PCI). Methods: Patients included were divided into two groups according to the treatment,observation group( cinepazide maleate treatment group) and control group( the conventional treatment group). The levels of C-reactive protein( CRP),hemorheology,the test results of transcranial doppler ultrasonography( TCD) before and after the treatment were compared,and the curative efficacy and adverse reaction was analyzed. Results: A total of 100 patients were retrospectively analyzed,including 50 in observation group and 50 in control group. There was no statistical difference in the index before treatment between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The CRP and related indexes of blood rheology in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment( P <0. 01). There was no statistical difference in the results of TCD before treatment between two groups( P> 0. 05). The results of systolic period and diastolic period of the both sides of vertebral artery( VA)and basilar artery( BA) in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment( P < 0. 05). There was no statistical difference in adverse reaction between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The effective rates of the observation group were significantly better than the control group( χ2= 10. 71,P < 0. 01). Conclusions: The cinepazide maleate has the functions of anti-inflammatory,anti platelet,aggregation and reducing blood viscosity. It can effectively improve the BA,VA flow and help to increase the effect of treatment.
