吸入性皮质类固醇联合茶碱对支气管哮喘疗效观察

摘要(Abstract):

目的:评估吸入皮质类固醇联合茶碱在24周内对支气管哮喘病情恶化、控制情况和FEV1%预计值的影响。方法:筛选门诊未控制中度支气管哮喘患者88例,随机平均分为试验组和对照组,试验组吸入布地奈德联合口服缓释型茶碱,对照组吸入布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,疗程24周;比较两组治疗24周时哮喘急性发作率、治疗前后第1秒用力呼气容量占预计值百分比(FEV1%预计值),并通过哮喘控制测试(ACT)评估哮喘控制情况和生活质量。结果:治疗24周时,试验组与对照组的急性发作次数、ACT评分、FEV1%预计值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后两组组内比较,急性发作次数、ACT评分和FEV1%预计值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICS联合茶碱,在控制哮喘急性发作、改善哮喘患者肺功能方面与ICS联合长效β受体激动剂有相似的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of low dose theophylline combined with low dose inhaled corticosteroids( ICS) on asthma exacerbations,asthma control,and FEV1% predicted value over 24 weeks. Method: A total of 88 patients with moderate bronchial asthma were randomly assigned in equal number to receive either inhaled budesonide plus oral slow-release theophylline( observe group) or budesonide plus formoterol( control group) for 24 weeks. Both groups were compared after24 weeks of the attack frequency and FEV1% predicted value,with ACT scores to evaluate asthma control and life quality. Results: The attack frequency,ACT scores and FEV1% predicted value of both groups showed no statistical difference in 24-weeks treatment( P > 0. 05). There were significant differences in the acute episodes,ACT score and FEV1% predicted value within both groups before and after treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: ICS combined with theophylline and ICS combined with long-acting beta agonists have similar effect in asthma control and pulmonary function improvement.
