梧桐子挥发油的气相色谱-质谱分析GC-MS Analysis of Volatile Oil from Semen Firmianae

摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究梧桐子中的挥发性成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取梧桐子的挥发性成分,以气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)进行分析鉴定,采用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果:从梧桐子中共鉴定出80种化合物,占挥发油成分总峰面积的86.144%,主要含有酮类、萜类、萜烯类、烷烃、酯类、烯烃、醛类、呋喃类和醇类。结论:梧桐子挥发油中含有多种生物活性成分。
Objective: To investigate volatile components in semen firmianae. Methods: The volatile components were extracted by steam distillation from semen firmianae,and then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS). The relative contents of individual components in the volatile oil were determined by peak area normalizing method. Results: Eighty compounds were identified from semen firmianae, accounting for 86. 144% of the total peak area of volatile oil components. The main components are ketones, terpenes, terpenes, alkanes, esters, alkenes,aldehydes,furans and alcohols. Conclusion: A variety of bioactive components are found in the volatile oil from semen firmianae.
