摘要(Abstract)：

目的:建立血脉通胶囊中葛根素含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Hypersil ODS-C_(18)(250mm×5.0mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-1％醋酸溶液(18:4:78)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长250nm,柱温室温,进样量10μl,以峰面积外标法测定。结果:浓度在2.9～28.8mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率100.27％,RSD=1.47％。结论:该法简便、准确、专属性强、重现性好,可用于血脉通胶囊中葛根素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of puerarin content in Xue-maitong capsules. Methods: A Hyperdil ODS-C18 column(250mm ×5. 0mm,5μm) was used with the mobile phase of methanol - acetonitrile-1 % acetic acid (18:4:78) , at the detection wavelength of 250 nm and the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was room temperature. Injection volume was 10 μl.. Results: There was a good linearity within the range of 2. 9 - 28. 8 μg/ml( r = 0. 999 9) . The average recovery rate was 100. 26% , with RSD of 1. 48% . Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, and selective for the determination of puerarin content in Xuemaitong capsules.
