天参益智方对老年性痴呆大鼠学习记忆能力的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察天参益智方(TSYZ)对慢性铝中毒痴呆模型大鼠的空间探索学习记忆功能的改善作用,并对该中药复方进行最大给药量急性毒性实验研究。方法:以慢性铝中毒法复制痴呆动物模型,随机将动物模型分为5组,即模型组,天参益智方高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组,另设正常对照组,用水迷宫法对其空间探索学习记忆能力进行检测。结果:慢性铝中毒痴呆模型组大鼠在安全岛象限的搜索时间及搜索距离显著延长,天参益智方高剂量组的搜索时间及搜索距离显著低于模型组。结论:天参益智方对慢性铝中毒痴呆大鼠的学习记忆能力有明显的改善作用,且无明显毒性。
Objective:To observe the improving effects of Tianshenyizhi (TSYZ) recipe on the ability of learning and memory spatially of senil dementia SD mice exposed to AlCl3 ,and to test if TSYZ could cause acute toxicity when maximum dosage of it was used. Methods:Animal model of senil dementia was induced by i.g intaking AlCl3 for long-term. The model mice were divided into 5 groups:model control group (group M),naofukang treated group (group N),and TSYZ treated groups (1.08 g/kg,0.43 g/kg,and 0.22 g/kg respectively). A normal mouse group was also observed. The ability of learning-memory of mice was tested with water maze method. Results:Mean exploring time and mean exploring distance in group M obviously prolonged,and were significantly higher than those in TSYZ treated groups. Conclusion:TSYZ recipe has obvious improving effects on ability of learning and memory of senil dementia mice,and has no remarkable toxicity.
