儿童幽门螺杆菌感染调查An Investigation of Helicobacter pylori Infection in Children

摘要(Abstract):
目的 :对儿童幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylori,Hp)感染进行流行病学调查。方法 :对我院儿科体检、门诊及住院的 <12岁儿童共 198例进行 9项流行因素的问卷调查并借助金标免疫斑点法进行血清学Hp IgM ,Hp IgG检测。结果 :IgM或 (和 )IgG ,总体平均阳性率 79 8% (15 8/ 198) ,IgM ,IgG的阳性率分别为 4 5 9% ,6 7 8% ,<1岁的婴儿即可发生Hp感染 (IgM阳性 ) ,3~ 5岁与 6~ 8岁两组阳性率相对较高 ,但两组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;6岁以后阳性率开始下降 ,与 6岁前比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :吃零食是儿童幽门螺杆菌感染的重要流行因素。
Objective: To understand the existing state of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in children of Guiyang population.Methods: 198 pediatric out-patients and hospitalized patients under 12 were inquired about epidemiological factors. Their serum samples were collected and were detected with immunological colloidl gold signature technique for Hp-IgM and Hp-IgG.Results: 1) The tolal average positive rate of IgM or/and IgG was 79.7%; The positive rates of IgM and IgG were 45.9% and 67.8% respectively. The infection occurred in patients as young as below 1 year old. There was a tendency that the positive rate increased with age before 3, and the positive rates were comparatively higher in 3~ and 6~ years-old groups than those in younger groups and older groups.Conclusions: 1) Frequently taking snack might be the most important epidemiological factor of Hp infection; 2) The general average positive rates of IgM and IgG can be considered as the infection rate in the area.
