摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨心先安(环磷酸腺苷葡甲胺,M cAMP)治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法:280例慢性心力衰竭的病人随机分为两组,对照组112例,观察组168例,治疗前后用心脏超声测定心功能。两组常规用利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI),观察组加用心先安治疗。结果:对照组26例心功能无明显改善,1例心功能Ⅳ级患者死亡,总有效率为75.9%;观察组9例心功能无明显改善,总有效率为94.6%。结论:观察组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),无论收缩功能或舒张功能均较对照组有明显改善,心先安对于心功能Ⅱ~Ⅳ级患者都显示出改善心功能的优越性,且心率也有明显下降,两组间有明显差异。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of meglumine cyclic adenylate(McAMP) in chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods: 280 CHF patients(heart function of NYHA grade Ⅱ~Ⅳ) were randomly divided into two groups: control group(CG, 112 cases) and observation group(OG,168 cases).The two groups were both treated with diuretic,ACEI,and,in addition,patients in OG were given McAMP.Patients' heart function were measured with ultracardiography before and after the treatment.Results: In CG,heart function of 26 cases did not improve and one case died.The total effective rate in CG was 75.9 %.In OG,heart function of 9 cases did not improve,and the total effective rate in OG was 94.6 %.Conclusions: The therapeutic effect in OG is obviously better than that in CG(P<0.05) in both systolic and diastolic function.It shows that McAMP could improve the cardiac function(Ⅱ~Ⅳ) to some degree.
