摘要(Abstract)：

测定了３６例原发性肝癌（ＰＨＣ）及６９例其他肝脏疾病患者的血清α－Ｌ－岩藻糖苷酶（ＡＦＵ）活性。结果表明ＰＨＣ患者血清ＡＦＵ明显高于正常对照组和其他肝病组，ＰＨＣ患者中ＡＦＵ阳性率为７５％，并明显高于肝硬化（２０％）与转移性肝癌（３３％）。本文证明血清ＡＦＵ可视为诊断ＰＨＣ的一个有用的指标，尤其适用于ＡＦＰ阴性的病例
Serum α-L-fucosidase(AFU) was determined in 36 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC),69 patients with various liver disease.The results showed that AFU level was significantly higher in PHC than that in the normal controls, in patients with liver hemongioma and in patients with other liver diseases.In patients with PHC,AFU positive rate was 75% that was significantly higher than 20% of cirrhosis,33% of secondly metastatic liver cancer.The date indicated that serum AFU maybe a useful marker for the PHC,especially for those patients of negative AFP.
