摘要(Abstract)：

目的:通过对2 573名中学教师体检资料分析,了解其健康状况。方法:将中学教师2年1次的体检指标如腰围、体重指数(BMI)、血压、血脂、尿酸、血糖、脂肪肝等结果进行比较。结果:中学教师体检指标存在性别和年龄差异,高血压、高甘油三酯血症、高尿酸血症均有逐年上升趋势(P<0.01)。结论:加强中学教师健康教育,减少心脑血管疾病的发生和发展,提高健康水平。
Objective:To investigate the health status of teachers in middle schools of Guiyang by analyzing recent physical examination data.Methods: Physical examination data of 2 573 teachers in middle schools of Guiyang in 2005 and 2007 were compared and analyzed.The indexes detected included waistline,body mass index(BMI),blood pressure(BP),blood fat,acidum uricum,blood glucose(BG),and adiposis hepatica.Results: There were index differences between different sexes and age groups,and there occurred a rising tendency in incidence of hypertension,hypertriglyceridemia and hyperuricemia during years(P<0.01).Conclusion: It′s important to enhance health education of middle school teachers,reduce the incidence and development of cardiovascular disease,and to improve health level.
