摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨丹银提取物对血管性痴呆(VD)模型大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为VD模型组、假手术组及丹银治疗组,采用改良的4-VO法建立VD模型大鼠,丹银治疗组术后给予丹银提取物灌胃治疗;用Morris水迷宫检测各组大鼠的学习记忆功能,海马HE染色观察神经元变化。结果:与VD组比较,经丹银提取物治疗后,VD大鼠学习记忆能力明显改善,海马神经元损伤减少。结论:丹银提取物能改善VD大鼠学习记忆能力,其机制可能是减少海马神经元损伤。
Objective: To observe the effects of extracts from Ginkgo biloba leaves and salvianolic acid B(DanYin extracts)on learning and memory abilities of rats with vascular dementia(VD).Methodes: The VD model rats were established with modified 4-VO method and was treated with DanYin extracts.Morris water maze was used to detect learning and memory capacities of the rats.Results: After treated with DanYin extracts,learning and memory capacities of VD rats significantly improved,and the number of injured neurons in hippocampus was decreased.Conclusion: DanYin extracts can improve learning and memory capacities of VD model rats.
