治感佳胶囊的药效学研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :研究治感佳胶囊的解热、抗炎、增强机体免疫力及抗菌、抗病毒作用。方法 :采用酵母致大鼠发热试验、蛋清致大鼠足肿胀试验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬试验、血清溶血素测定及体外抗菌、抗病毒试验。结果 :治感佳胶囊能抑制酵母致热大鼠的体温升高 ;抑制蛋清致大鼠足肿胀 ;增强网状内皮系统吞噬功能 ,明显增加小鼠血清溶血素含量。对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎双球菌、乙型链球菌、甲型链球菌、肺炎杆菌具有抑制和杀菌作用 ;对流感病毒致MDCK细胞病变和 3型腺病毒致Hep 2细胞病变有预防和治疗作用。结论 :治感佳胶囊具有较强的解热、抗炎、增强机体免疫力和抗菌、抗病毒作用
Objective: To study the strengthening immunologic function, antibacterial, and antiviral effects of Zhi Gan Jia (ZGJ). Methods: 1) The fever and pedal swelling in rats were induced with yeast and albumen respectively. In the same time, some rat models were treated with ZGJ, and the others were given distilled water as control; 2) The phygocytosis of abdominal macrophages in ZGJ treated mice was tested; 3) Assay on serum haemolysin level in ZGJ treated and then sensitized mice was conducted; 4) Influenza A virus and adenovirus type 3 were chosen to test antiviral effects of ZGJ in vitro; 5) Antibacterial effects of ZGJ were tested on plates cultured with several bacteria separately. Results: 1) Obvious antipyretic and anti inflammatory effects of ZGJ were observed in rat models induced artificially; 2) There were increases of phagocytosis of reticular system and content of serum haemolysin(HC 50 )in ZGJ treated mice; 3) Antibacterial effects of ZGJ on Staphylococcus aureus, Diplococcus pneumoniae, beta hemolytic streptococcus,α hemolytic streptococcus and Klebsiella pneumoniae were observed; 4) Treating and preventing effects of ZGJ on cytopathy of MDCK induced by influenza virus and Hep 2 induced by 3 adenovirus were found. Conclusion: ZGJ has strong antipyretic, anti inflammatory, strengthening immunologic function, antibacterial and antiviral effects.
