电刺激大鼠室旁核的心血管效应及其与杏仁核关系分析Cardiovascular Effects of Electric Stimulation of Paraventricular Nucleus and it's Relationship with Amygdanoid Body in Rats

摘要(Abstract):
在观察58只雄性大鼠血压、心率的同时,着重观察了电刺激大鼠窒旁核对杏仁核单位放电的影响。结果如下:(1)电刺激室旁核使大鼠血压升高心率加快(P<0.001),并导致大鼠杏仁核发生兴奋为主的放电变化。(2)杏仁核微量注入利多卡因可部分阻断电刺激室旁核引起的升压效应(P<0.01)。(3)与电刺激相关的杏仁核单位,在室旁核微量注入高渗盐水后也产生相同反应。提示电刺激室旁核引起的升压效应,部份是通过杏仁核活动的改变而实现,杏仁核活动的改变与室旁核释放加压素有关。
Experiments were performed on 58 urethane anesthetized rats.Effects of electric stimulation of paraventricular nucleus(PVN) on the unit discharges of amygdanoid body(ADB), blood pressure and heart rate in rats were observed The results are as follows;(1) Electric stimulation of the PVN led to increase in blood pressure and heart rate in rats(P<0.00l).(2) Microinjection of lidocaine into the ADB before stimulation partially blocked the pressor and tachycardia responses induced by electric stimulation of the PVN(P<0.0l).(3) Both electric current and hypertonic saline stimulation of the PVN increase mainly the discharge frequency of the ADB units.The results revealed that the pressor response induced by electric stimulation of PVN might be carried out partially by action of the ADB.The action of ADB might be related to release of AVP in the PVN
