摘要(Abstract)：

<正>乳腺的腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinoma,ACC)又名乳腺腺样囊肿病、腺囊性基底细胞癌或圆柱瘤样癌,极为罕见,文献报道ACC发病率不足0.1%,5年生存率高达100%。ACC与涎腺发生的腺样囊性癌有相似的组织形态,在病理诊断特别是穿刺活检中,很容易造成误诊。现将2011年9
