半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3在缺碘子代大鼠海马中的表达

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :探讨半胱氨酸蛋白酶 3(Caspase 3)对缺碘及甲状腺激素 (TH)不足海马神经细胞凋亡的影响 ,并研究缺碘所致学习记忆能力低下可能的机制。方法 :复制碘缺乏子代大鼠 ,免疫组织化学方法检测海马神经细胞Caspase 3表达。结果 :缺碘子代大鼠海马神经细胞Caspase 3较对照组明显增多 (16 12 0± 6 0 6 ,3 6 2 5±1 33) ,P <0 0 1。结论 :缺碘及甲状腺激素不足导致海马神经细胞凋亡增加 ,学习记忆能力低下 ,可能和Caspase 3明显增多有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of caspase-3 in the hippocampus of TH deficient rat to find its effect on apoptosis of hippocampus in iodine deficient (ID) rats.Methods: Animal model was developed with iodine deficient food, and the caspase-3 expression in hippocampus of ID rats was detected with immuohistochemistry method.Results: Caspase-3 expression was significantly higher in hippocampus of ID group than that in control group (P<0.01).Conclusions: Iodine deficiency and hypothyroidism could affect the increase of caspase-3, and this would result in the increasing of learning-memorising disorder and neuron apoptosis in hippocampus.
