摘要(Abstract):
目的:检测COX-2在鼻息肉组织中的表达水平及其分布情况,认识鼻息肉炎性发病机制。方法:利用免疫组织化学染色以及逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR反应)检测35例鼻息肉及23例下鼻甲标本的COX-2表达。结果:COX-2主要分布于鼻息肉黏膜上皮、黏膜下腺体、血管内皮细胞以及炎性细胞的胞质或胞膜,呈胞质膜型及包涵体型。鼻息肉组织中COX-2表达明显高于下鼻甲。结论:鼻息肉组织中COX-2表达明显增高,鼻息肉发病过程中有前列腺素参与。
Objective: To study the expression and distribution of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)in nasal polyps.Methods:Immunohistochemistry(IHC)method and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)method were used to determine COX-2 expression in 35 nasal polyps and 23 normal inferior turbinates(control group).Results:COX-2 signal was seen in the plasm and membrane of surface mucosa cells,submucosal glands,vascular wall and inflammatory cells in nasal polyps.COX-2 expression was remarkably higher in nasal polyps than in normal inferior turbinates.Conclusions:Nasal polyps is a chronic reactive inflammatory disease on which prostaglandins might play an important role.
