血清氟水平对尿道下裂的易感性研究Study on the Susceptibility of Serum Fluoride in Hypospadias

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探究血清氟水平对尿道下裂的易感性。方法:采集贵州籍单纯性尿道下裂患儿和正常健康男性儿童血清样本各21例,采用离子选择电极法测定血清中氟离子浓度,分光光度法测定血清丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)浓度及总抗氧化能力(TAOC);观察两组儿童、不同亚型尿道下裂患儿血清氟离子浓度、MDA、NO浓度及TAOC的改变。结果:尿道下裂组患儿血清氟浓度、MDA及NO水平高于正常对照组儿童,TAOC低于正常对照组(P<0.05);尿道下裂各亚型患儿的血清氟、MDA及NO水平和TAOC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血清氟水平与尿道下裂的发生有关,血清氧化应激水平增加和抗氧化能力的减弱可能是其发病机制之一。
Objective: To explore the susceptibility of serum fluoride level to hypospadias. Methods: Twenty-one sporadic hypospadias patients and 21 normal healthy male children were collected from Guizhou province. The serum fluoride level were detected by ion selective electrode method. Serum malondialdehyde( MDA),nitric oxide( NO) and total antioxidant capacity( T-AOC) were measured by spectrophotometer. The changes of serum fluoride concentration,MDA,NO and T-AOC were observed in two groups of children with different subtypes of hypospadias. Results: The levels of serum fluoride,MDA and NO in children with hypospadias were higher than those in normal control group,while T-AOC was lower than that in normal control group( P < 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in serum fluoride,MDA and NO levels and T-AOC in children with different subtypes of hypospadias( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The level of serum fluorine is related to the occurrence of hypospadias. The increase of serum oxidative stress and the decrease of antioxidant capacity may be one of the pathogenesis.
