骨康胶囊及其组分酢浆草及芭蕉根对大鼠软组织损伤的治疗作用

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨骨康胶囊及其组分酢浆草及芭蕉根对大鼠软组织损伤的治疗作用。方法:80只大鼠随机均分为空白组、模型组、接骨七厘片组、骨康胶囊(低、中、高)剂量组、酢浆草组及芭蕉根组,后7组大鼠采用软组织损伤打击器(自制)制作左下肢局部急性软组织损伤模型,后6组大鼠分别灌胃给予相应药物7 d,空白组和模型组大鼠给予蒸馏水灌胃;灌胃结束后,测定大鼠血清组胺含量,取各组大鼠左下肢肌肉组织,HE染色观察组织形态学变化。结果:与模型组相比,接骨七厘片组、骨康胶囊(中、高)剂量组大鼠的血清组胺含量及肌肉组织形态学评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05或P <0. 01),酢浆草组、芭蕉根组大鼠血清组胺水平及组织学形态学评分变化不明显(P> 0. 05)。结论:骨康胶囊有利于大鼠软组织损伤修复,其作用机制可能与降低损伤局部组胺含量有关。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of soft tissue injury in rats with Gukang capsule,oxalis corniculata and musa basjoo sieb. Methods: 80 rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,jieguqili tablet group,gukang capsule( low,medium and high) dose group,oxalis corniculata and musa basjoo sieb group. The model of local acute soft tissue injury of left lower extremity was made by soft tissue injury percussion device in 7 groups of rats. Each group of 6 rats was given with 7 days of corresponding drugs. Distilled water was given to rats in control and model groups.After gavage,the serum histamine content of rats was determined,the muscle tissue of the left lower extremity of each group was taken,and the histomorphological changes of HE staining were observed.Results: Compared with model group,serum histamine content and muscle histomorphology scores of rats in jieguqili tablet group and gukang capsule group were lower. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). There was no significant change in serum histamine level and histology score of rats in oxalis corniculata and musa basjoo sieb group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion:Gukang capsule is beneficial to the repair of soft tissue injury in rats,and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of histamine content in the injured area.
