不明原因发热病人血清中2型登革病毒特异性抗体的检测

摘要(Abstract):

目的:了解贵州省夏秋季不明原因发热病人中2型登革病毒的感染情况。方法:收集贵州省不同地区2002和2003年夏秋季不明原因发热病人血清364份,用间接酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测抗2型登革病毒特异性IgM,IgG类抗体。结果:病人血清抗2型登革病毒特异性IgG类抗体平均阳性率为12.6%,特异性IgM类抗体平均阳性率为18.4%,特异性IgG,IgM类抗体均阳性为4.7%。42份病人双份血清中,抗2型登革病毒特异性IgG类抗体效价增高4倍或以上为13份(31%);结论:贵州省夏秋季发热病人部分为2型登革病毒感染。
Objective: To investigate the status of DEN-2 infection in patients who got fever with uncertain reasons in summer and autumn in Guizhou. Methods: To analyze the special IgG and IgM kind antibodies against DEN-2 from 364 patients'serum from different areas of Guizhou province with indirect ELISA test. Results: The average positive rate of special IgG kind antibody against DEN-2 was 12.6%, special IgM kind antibody 18.4%, and the patients that have both antibodies together occupied 4.7%. Of the 42 positive specimens, 13(30.95%) had IgG antibody against DEN-2 with titre that increased at least 4 times. Conclusion: In Guizhou, some of the patients who got fever with uncertain reasons in summer and autumn might be infected by DEN type 2.
