黔产野生水芹提取物对小鼠的抗疲劳作用

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨黔产野生水芹对小鼠的抗疲劳能力的影响及机制。方法:48只小鼠随机分为水芹(高、中、低剂量)组和对照组,水芹组分别给予以800、600及400 mg/kg水芹菜提取物灌胃,对照组给予同体积含1%吐温80生理盐水灌胃,连续30 d;各组小鼠于灌胃时每周2次进行负重游泳、于末次灌胃后进行爬杆试验和悬挂试验,试验结束后心脏取血检测小鼠血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平。结果:灌胃水芹菜前,4组小鼠负重游泳时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);灌胃水芹菜后,水芹菜组小鼠的负重游泳时间、爬杆时间和悬挂时间均长于对照组小鼠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随灌胃水芹菜浓度增加负重游泳时间、爬杆时间和悬挂时间也相应增加(P<0.05);与对照组比较,水芹菜灌胃后小鼠血清的BUN、CK水平降低,而LDH活力升高,随灌胃水芹菜的浓度升高而BUN、CK水平降低越明显,LDH活力升高也更明显(P<0.05)。结论:水芹菜有显著的抗疲劳作用,其机制可能与增加肝糖原的储备有关。
Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of wild Othanthe Javanica in guizhou province on anti-fatigue ability of mice. Methods:48 mice were randomly divided into Othanthe Javanica( high,medium and low doses) group and control group; experimental groups were given 800,600 and 400 mg/kg Othanthe Javanica extract to fill the stomach; the control group was given equal amount normal saline lavage with volume containing 1% polysorbate 80 for 30 days; All of groups of mice were scheduled with weight loading swimming twice a week,last time stomach filling performed Jungle Gym and suspension test; by the end of the test,the cardiac puncture was performed to test mice serum urea nitrogen( BUN),creatine kinase( CK) and lactate dehydrogenase( LDH) level.Results:Before Othanthe Javanica extract to fill the stomach,time comparison on 4 groups mice weight loading swimming showed no statistical significance( P > 0. 05); after the filling,weight loading swimming,climbing pole time and hanging time of experiment group is significantly higher than control group( P < 0. 05),there was significant difference( P < 0. 05); with the increase of concentration of Othanthe Javanica extract,weight loading swimming,climbing pole time and hanging time increased as well( P < 0. 05). After filling Othanthe Javanica extract,the level of serum BUN and CK levels decreased comparing with control group,while the level of LDH activity increased; accompanied with the increasing concentration of Othanthe Javanica extract,increase of LDH activity increased more obviously( P < 0. 05). Conclusions:Othanthe Javanica has significant anti-fatigue effect,and its mechanism is possible related with increased liver glycogen reserves.
