摘要(Abstract)：

目的:研究菊黄上清含片中冰片β-环糊精包合的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以冰片包合率、包合物收得率为考察指标,筛选较为合理的包合工艺;采用薄层色谱法、热重分析和差示热分析法对包合物进行了理化鉴别。结果:冰片和β-环糊精最佳包合比例为1∶6,包合温度40℃,搅拌时间2 h,确证冰片被β-环糊精成功包合。结论:优选的包合工艺简便、合理、可行,适用于工业生产。
Objective:To study the optimal preparation technology of borneol-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex in Juhuang Shangqing buccal tablet.Methods: Orthogonal experiments were carried out,using oil-bearing ratio and inclusion ratio as evaluation indexes,to screen suitable clathration technique.The inclusion complex was identified by using methods of thin layer chromatography(TLC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential thermal analyses(DTA).Results: The optimal preparation conditions for inclusion was as follows:the ratio of borneol and β-cyclodextrin as 1: 6,and stirring oil at 40℃ for 2 hours.Conclusions: The preparation technique is simple,reasonable,feasible,and is suitable for industrial production.
