幽门螺杆菌感染对糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染及其分型对糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫反应法(ELISA)测定180例2型糖尿病患者血清中的Hp-IgM及Hp细胞毒素相关蛋白(CagA)抗体,根据结果分为3组,观察患者的血压、体重指数、血尿酸、血脂及HbA1c水平。结果:2型糖尿病患者的Hp阳性率为46.7%,其中H pylori+CagA+占66.7%;H pylori+CagA+组、H pylori+CagA-组、H pylori-组在性别、年龄、BMI、腰围、收缩压、HbA1c、空腹C肽、血尿酸、血甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Hp感染与糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗之间无联系。
Objective: To discuss the influence of various types of Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection on insulin resistance in diabetic patients.Methods: The Hp-IgM and CagA antibodies of 180 patients with type 2 diabetes were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).All patients were divided into three groups based on the measured results,and the blood pressure,body mass index(BMI),uric acid,lipids and HbA1c levels were also examined.Results: HP positive rate was 46.7% in patients with type 2 diabetes,among them CagA antibody positive rate was 66.7%.By comparison of the sex,age,BMI,waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,HbA1c,fasting c-peptide,blood uric acid,blood triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels,the difference wasn't statistically significant among H pylori+CagA+ group,H pylori+CagA-groups,and H pylori-group.Conclusions: HP infection has no correlation with insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes.
