摘要(Abstract)：

目的:观察围术期输注醋酸钠林格液或乳酸钠林格液对患者血乳酸、血糖和电解质的影响。方法:择期全麻手术患者46例,随机均分为乳酸钠林格液组(R组)和醋酸钠林格液组(L组),R组术中全程输注乳酸钠林格液,L组术中全程输注醋酸钠林格液;比较两组患者麻醉诱导前(T0)、诱导后1 h时(T1)、诱导后2 h时(T2)和手术结束时(T3)动脉血乳酸、血糖及电解质变化。结果:两组手术患者围术期各时间点电解质比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与R组血糖水平比较,L组T0~T2时升高(P<0.05),但血糖水平均在正常范围内;与R组血乳酸水平比较,L组T3时乳酸降低(P<0.05)。结论:围术期输注醋酸钠林格液既可维持电解质和血糖水平正常,又不引起乳酸水平升高,有利于维持内环境稳定。
Objective: To investigate the effect of acetated ringer's solution and sodium lactate ringer's solution on lactic acid,blood sugar and electrolyte of perioperative period patients. Methods: Selecting 46 general anesthesia patients,randomly dividing them into sodium lactate ringer's solution group(R group) and acetated ringer's solution group(L group). R group received sodium lactate ringer's solution injection for entire experiment,L group received acetated ringer's solution during surgery. Comparing lactic acid,blood sugar and electrolyte of T0( before induction of anesthesia),T1(1 h after induction of anesthesia),T2(2 h after induction of anesthesia) and T3(at the end of operation) of both groups. Results: There was no statistical significance to be found for the electrolyte comparison in perioperative period( P > 0. 05); Comparing with blood sugar level of R goup,L group T0 to T2 increased( P < 0. 05),but blood sugar level remained at normal range; comparing with lactic acid level of R group,L group T3 lactic acid increased( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Injecting acetated ringer's solution in perioperative period can maintain normal level of blood sugar and electrolyte without increasing lactic acid level.
