注射用复方荭草冻干粉针剂对大鼠血小板聚集及小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察注射用复方荭草冻干粉针剂(Compound Hongcao Freeze-dried Powder,CHCFD)对大鼠血小板聚集功能和小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响。方法:采用比浊法观察CHCFD高、中、低剂量对二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的大鼠血小板聚集率的影响;采用盐酸异丙肾上腺素皮下注射致小鼠心肌缺氧模型,观察CHCFD高、中、低剂量对小鼠存活时间的影响。结果:与对照组比较,CHCFD高、中剂量可明显抑制大鼠血小板聚集率,抑制率分别为18.25%和20.69%(P<0.05);与盐酸异丙肾上腺素组比较,CHCFD高、中剂量可明显延长小鼠的存活时间,延长率分别为15.27%和18.80%(P<0.05)。结论:CHCFD对ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集具有抑制作用,CHCFD显著提高小鼠常压耐缺氧能力。
Objective: To investigate the effects of compound hongcao freeze-drying powder(CHCFDP) injection on platelet aggregation of rats and on anoxia tolerance of mice.Methods: The impact of adenyl diphosphoric acid(ADP) on platelet aggregation was evaluated with turbidimetry method;Mice myocardial anoxia model for observation of CHCFD effects was established by subcutaneous injection of isoprenaline.Results: CHCFD significantly inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP,and the inhibition rates in high and midium dosage groups were 18.25% and 20.69% respectively(P<0.05),compared with the control group.Compared with isoprenaline group,CHCFD significantly prolonged the survival time of anoxic mice,and the prolongation rates of the survival time in high and midium dosage groups were 15.27% and 18.80% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion: CHCFD has inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation induced by ADP in rats,and could enhance anoxia tolerance ability of experimental mice.
