中缝大核NO和5-HT对大鼠胃运动的影响A Study on Impact of Nitrogen Monoxidum in Nucleus Raphes Magnus and Serotonin on Gastric Motility of Rats

摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究中缝大核一氧化氮(NO)和五羟色胺(5-HT)对大鼠胃运动的影响。方法:采用SD大鼠中缝大核(NRM)微量注射药物,记录胃运动收缩的幅度和频率。结果:中缝大核微量注射5-HT,能明显增强胃运动;中缝大核内预先注入精氨酸(L-Arg),可完全反转5-HT对胃运动的增强效应;中缝大核内预先注入一氧化氮合酶抑制剂(L-NAME),对5-HT增强胃运动的作用无影响,与生理盐水和5-HT的效应无显著差异,胃收缩频率均无明显变化。结论:NRM微量注入5-HT对胃运动有显著加强作用,NO可调制5-HT的作用。
Objective:To study the impact of nitrogen monoxidum(NO) in nucleus raphes magnus(NRM) and serotonin(5-HT) on gastric motility in rats.Methods: To record amplitude and frequency of gastric contraction in SD rats after micro-injection of NO and 5-HT in NRM.Result: Injection of 5-HT into NRM increased the amplitude of gastric contraction;Injection of L-Arg into NRM in advance could reverse the increase effect of 5-HT;Injection of an inhibitor of NO synthethase,L-NAME,into NRM in advance caused no change of the effect of 5-HT,and showed no remarkable difference from the effect of normal saline or 5-HT.Conclusions: The Injection of 5-HT into NRM could increase the amplitude of gastric contraction,and NO could regulate the effect of 5-HT on gastric motility.
