96%禾草敌原药的急性毒性研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察96%禾草敌原药的急性毒性,为其安全生产和使用提供科学依据。方法:通过急性经口毒性试验、急性经皮毒性试验、皮肤和眼睛刺激试验及皮肤致敏试验对96%禾草敌原药的急性毒性进行综合评价。结果:以雌雄性大鼠为试验动物,96%禾草敌原药急性经口、经皮LD50(95%可信限)分别为681(562~1 210)mg/kg和1 470(1 210~2 610)mg/kg;家兔皮肤刺激平均分值为0;眼刺激积分指数(I.A.O.I)最高为2,眼刺激的平均指数(M.I.O.I)48 h后为0;豚鼠皮肤致敏率为0%。结论:在本实验条件下,96%禾草敌原药急性经口、经皮毒性分别属低毒类和中等毒类,对皮肤和眼睛均为无刺激性,属弱致敏性农药。
Objective:To observe the acute toxicity of molinate,so as to provide scientific basis for their safe production and application.Methods: The acute toxicity of molinate at concentration of 96% was evaluated with acute oral toxicity test,acute dermal toxicity test,dermal irritation test,eye irritation test and skin sensitization test.Results: The acute oral and dermal median lethal dose [LD50(95%CI)] were 681(562~1 210) mg/kg and 1 470(1 210~2 610)mg/kg respectively for rats(both male and female);The dermal provocation score of rabbits was 0;The highest index of rabbits eye irritation(I.A.O.I)was 2 and the mean index of eye irritation(M.I.O.I)was 0 after 48 hours;The probability of cutaneous sensitization on guinea pig was 0.Conclusions: Under this experimental condition,acute oral and dermal toxicity of 96% molinate is low and medium.It doesn't have stimulatory influence on skin or eyes of rabbits.It is graded as weak allergenic pesticides.
