赫坎按蚊种团中5种4株的数值分类
Numerical Taxonomic Study of 5 Species and 4 Strains of Anopheles Hyrcanus Group (Diptera: Culicidae)

摘要(Abstract):

本文报告应用系统聚类分析和主成分分析法对赫坎按蚊种团中的中华按蚊4个地理株以及嗜人按蚊、贵阳按蚊、昆明按蚊和凉山按蚊进行分析的结果。并对分析的具体步骤作了简单介绍。
This paper reports the results of taxonomic study on four strains of Anopheles sinensis and An.lesteri anthropophagus, An.kweiyangensis, An.liangshangensis, An.kunmingensis of An.hyrcanus group using numerical taxonomy.In numerical taxonomy, 10 cluster analysis including 9 hierachical clustering methods are used.According to the 19 phenograms based on the interrelation and distance coefficients of the 10 cluster analysis respectively, the results are as follows: 1.Four geographical strains of An.sinensis (Shanghai, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan) belong to the same species. 2.An.lesteri anthropophagus is an independent species. 3.An.kweiyangensis is close to An.sinensis, the An.liangshanensis is crose to An.kunmingensis.Further work needs to be done using other kind of methods to prove whether they are different species or not. 4.Numerical taxonomy is a valuable method for determing the relationship among species.But the final conclusion of strains or species level difference needs more evidence.
