大鼠实验性氟中毒的生化研究 (3)对肝中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响

摘要(Abstract):

本实验用含氟水诱发大鼠实验性氟中毒,发现氟可使肝组织中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低,且呈明显的剂量-效应关系,碘则减轻这种效应。
Sixty Wistar rast were divided into the test groups, drinking water contai ning 30 ppm, 60 ppm and 100 ppm fluorine respectively, and the control group drinking low concentration fluorine water. The total experimental period was 20 weeks. The results showed that the fluorine could decrease the glutathione peroxidase activity of liver in rats. To drink water containing 3 ppm iodine did not significantly influence the glutathione peroxidase activity of liver, but could diminish the effect of fluorine.
