摘要(Abstract)：

目的:探讨医学生心理健康状况与应付方式之间的关系。方法:采用心理健康评定量表(sc l-90)、应付方式问卷测试某高校医学生157名。结果:男性幻想和退避2个分量表因子分小于女性(P<0.05);成熟型应付方式与sc l-90因子呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),不成熟型应付方式与sc l-90中各因子呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:医学生的心理健康水平和应付方式有关。
Objective: To explore the relationship between mental health and coping style in medical students.Methods: 157 medical students were investigated with scl-90 and coping style questionnaire.Results: Factor scores of illusion and withdrawing of male students were lower than those of female students(P<0.05);Scl-90 scores were negatively correlated with mature coping style(P<0.05 or 0.01),but positively correlated with immature coping style(P<0.01).Conclusion: The mental health of the students is related with the coping styles.
