摘要(Abstract)：

对６７例躁郁症病人（躁狂症３３例、抑郁症３４例）及５２例正常人发中Ｃｏ、Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ、含量及Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ／Ｃｕ进行检测。发现两组病人Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ低于对照组，Ｆｅ高于对照组，差异显著。躁狂症Ｍｎ高于对照组及抑郁症，差异显著。Ｍｎ／Ｃｕ三者互比差显著。提示躁郁症病人发中Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ、Ｍｎ／Ｃｕ的变化可能与该病的发生有一定关系。
The concentrations of Cu, Zn, Co, Mn, Fe and Cu/Zn, Mn/Cu in hair of 67 cases of manic depressive illness (Mania 33, Depression 34 ) and 52 normal persons had been determined. It was found that Cu, Zn levels of the mania group, and the depression group were significant lower than that of the control group, but Fe in hair of the mania group and the depression group was significant higher than that of the control group. Mn in hair of the mania group was significant higher than that of the depression group and the control group and Mn/Cu was also significant different in the three groups, The Cu/Zn in the three groups was not significant difference. The results suggest that the variation of Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn and Mn/Cu in hair of manic depressive illness may related to the etiology of illness.
