摘要(Abstract)：

目的:分析黔南地区农村已婚育龄妇女的常见生殖道感染疾病种类、发病情况及其相关影响因素。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对贵州省黔南地区1 689名妇女进行自行设计问卷调查,对自愿并符合条件的624名妇女进行妇科检查,进行相关因素分析。结果:1 689名病史询问的妇女有1 255名自诉在过去1年中有生殖道感染症状,占74.3%;624名被检查的妇女中有252名患生殖道感染疾病,患病率为40.4%。结论:黔南地区都匀市农村已婚育龄妇女生殖道感染率较高、种类多。
Objective: To investigate the common disease spectrum and current status of reproductive tract infections(RTI) among rural married women of reproductive age in Qiannan area of Guizhou,and to explain the characteristics and related factors of RTI.Methods: A total of 1 689 married women were selected with multistage cluster random sampling and interviewed face to face with questionnaires.Clinical examination was carried out to 624 married women.All data were analyzed using SPSS18.0.Results: Of the 1 689 women,1 255 complained genital tract infection symptoms in the past year,which accounting for 74.3% of the total.The RTI rate was 40.4%.Conclusions: RTI rate is relatively high,and RTI type vary among rural married women of childbearing age in Qiannan District.
