孟鲁斯特对百草枯急性中毒患者CRP及白介素6的影响The Effect of Montelukast Treatment on CRP and IL-6 of Acute Paraquat Poisoning Patients

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨联合孟鲁斯特治疗对急性百草枯中毒患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)与白介素6(IL-6)的影响。方法:60例急性百草枯中毒患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)及孟鲁斯特联合治疗组(观察组)各30例,两组患者均采用洗胃、导泻、补液及0.5 g甲强龙冲击治疗,观察组在此基础上再给予孟鲁斯特钠片治疗(每次10 mg/d),观察患者入院当天以及给予治疗后第7天血清CRP与IL-6水平,同时观察两组的症状改善情况及不良反应。结果:两组患者治疗前CRP及IL-6水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第7天,两组患者CRP及IL-6水平均明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与对照组比较,观察组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中仅有2例出现不良反应,停药后症状消失。结论:联合孟鲁斯特治疗可更有效降低急性百草枯中毒患者血清CRP与IL-6水平,CRP与IL-6与百草枯中毒患者病情程度有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of montelukast treatment on C-reactive protein( CRP)and interleukin-6( IL-6) of Acute Paraquat poisoning patients. Methods: Sixty patients with acute paraquat poisoning were randomly divided into two equal number groups,conventional treatment group( control group) and montelukast treatment group( observation group). The patients in both groups were treated with 0. 5 g methylprednisolone pulse therapy; the observation group were given montelukast sodium tablets( 10 mg /d each time). The levels of CRP and interleukin-6 in serum were tested on the first and 7thday after treatment,the improvement of symptoms and adverse reactions were observed. Results: There was no statistically significance before treatment in the levels of CRP and interleukin-6 between the two groups( P > 0. 05). On the 7th day of treatment,both groups levels of CRP and interleukin-6 had significantly decreased,differences comparing with before treatment was statistically significant( P < 0. 01); Comparing with control group,observation group decreased more,differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There were only two cases of adverse reaction,symptoms disappeared after the medicine stopped. Conclusions: It shows that montelukast therapy is effective to decrease levels of CRP and interleukin-6 for the patients with acute paraquat poisoning.
