摘要(Abstract)：

目的:建立心脑联通胶囊中大黄素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定大黄素的含量。色谱柱:HypersilC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(75∶25);流速:1ml/min;检测波长:438nm。结果:大黄素的线性范围为0.072~1.152μg(γ=0.9999),平均回收率为99.48%,其RSD为2.22%(n=9)。结论:反相高效液相色谱法准确,简便,快速,灵敏度高,重现性好,具有实用性,可用于心脑联通胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the emodin content in Xinnaoliantong Capsules. Methods: The chromatographic condition: Hypersil column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.2%H3PO4(75∶25),with a flow-rate of 1.0 ml/min.The UV detection wavelength was 438 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear (γ=0.999 9) in the range of 0.072~1.152 μg for emodin. The average recovery rate was 99.48%, with RSD of 2.22%( n =9). Conclusion: This method is accurate, rapid, sensitive with good repeatability, and is a better new method for quality control of Xinnaoliantong Capsules.
