摘要(Abstract):
目的:建立宫炎平胶囊中主要药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为控制成品质量提供科学依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中的地稔、两面针、当归、五指毛桃等四味药材进行鉴别。结果:在薄层色谱中分别检出地稔、两面针、当归、五指毛桃的特征斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论:TLC法检测宫炎平中地稔、两面针、当归及五指毛桃简便可行、专属性强、重现性好,可作为宫炎平胶囊的定性鉴别方法。
Objective: To establish thin layer chromatography(TLC) method for identification of main medicinal herbs in Gongyanping capsules and to provide a scientific basis for controlling the quality of finished products.Methods: Molastoma dodecandrum lour,Zanthoxylum nitidum,Radix angelica sinensis and Ficus hirta vahl in Gongyanping capsules were identified by TLC method.Results: In TLC,these four medicinal materials had characteristic spots.There was no corresponding spot at the same site in negative sample.Conclusions: TLC is a simple,reliable and specific method with good reproducibility.It can be used as a qualitative method for identification of Gongyanping capsules.
