摘要(Abstract):
目的:评价SysmexXT-1800i全自动血细胞分析仪的性能。方法:对SysmexXT-1800i的精密度、携带污染率、线性测定、总重复性进行测定,并将其白细胞分类计数(DC)结果与手工分类结果进行比较。结果:Sys-mexXT-1800i的精密度、携带污染率、线性测定及总重复性等指标数值都在允许范围内;与手工法DC结果比较,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞相关系数(r)分别为0.96、0.954、0.462、0.807和0.618。结论:SysmexXT-1800i全自动血细胞分析仪主要性能指标符合实验要求,是较理想的全自动血细胞分析仪。
Objective:To evaluate the function of SysmexXT-1800i automated hematology analyzer. Methods:To examine the precision,carry over rate,linearity and total repeatability of SysmexXT-1800i,then compare its differential counts (DCs) of white blood cells with that obtained manually. Results:The precision,carryover rate,linearity and total repeatability were in the prescriptive range,and the correlation coefficients (r) between DCs of neutrophils,lymphocytes,monocytes,eosinophils,and basophils obtained by handiwork and the machine were 0.96,0.954,0.462,0.807,and 0.618,respectively. Conclusion:The main performance indexes of SysmexXT-1800i accord with the experimental requirements,which shows the machine is an ideal automated hematology analyzer.
