摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子受体相关蛋白1(TRAP1)在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法测定PTC组织(n=76)、甲状腺腺瘤组织(n=40)及结节性甲状腺肿组织(n=40)中TRAP1蛋白表达,同时比较TRAP1蛋白在3种甲状腺组织中阳性表达率和相对表达量;分析TRAP1蛋白表达与PTC临床病理特征(性别、年龄、淋巴结转移、累及甲状腺被膜,累及腺叶数及肿瘤直径)的关系。结果:TRAP1蛋白在3种甲状腺组织中的阳性表达率为PTC>甲状腺腺瘤>结节性甲状腺肿,但仅PTC与甲状腺腺瘤或结节性甲状腺肿比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);TRAP1蛋白在PTC、甲状腺腺瘤及结节性甲状腺肿组织中的相对表达量中位数和四分位数间距(IQR)分别为4(2.25~5.00)分、0.00(0.00~3.00)分、0.00(0.00~2.00)分,TRAP1蛋白表达与PTC患者性别、年龄、是否淋巴结转移、累及甲状腺腺叶数、甲状腺被膜侵犯、肿瘤直径无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论:TRAP1蛋白在PTC中高表达,但其表达水平与临床病理无关。
Objective: To explore the expression of tumor necrosis factor receptor associated protein 1( TRAP1) in papillary thyroid cancer( PTC) and the correlation between TRAP1 expression and clinical and pathological feature of PTC. Methods: Immunohisto-chemistry method was used to observe protein expression of TRAP1 in 76 cases of PTC,40 cases of thyroid adenoma and 40 cases of nodular goiter tissues. Results: The positive rate of TRAP1 from high to low was PTC,thyroid adenoma and nodular gioter tissues,but only the differences between PTC and the other two tissues were significent( P < 0. 01). the expression of TRAP1 relative quantity was 4( IQR: 2. 25 ~ 5. 00),0( IQR: 0 ~3. 00) and 0( IQR: 0 ~ 2. 00) respectively. In addition,there was no correlation between TRAP1 expression level and gender,age,lymph node metastasis,involvement of the thyroid gland leaf number,invasion of thyroid capsule and the tumor size( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: There is a significantly high expression of TRAP1 in the PTC,but its expression level is not related to clinical and pathological feature of PTC.
