单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗成年缺氧缺血性脑损伤的临床疗效

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗成年人缺氧缺血性脑损伤的临床疗效。方法:92例成年缺氧缺血性脑损伤患者随机分为对照组和研究组,给予对照组患者胞二磷胆碱等常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上采用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗;比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,并评价两组临床疗效,观察不良反应发生情况。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者NIHSS评分、血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均明显下降,且研究组下降幅度较对照组更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为93.48%(43/46),明显高于对照组的73.91%(34/46),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗过程中均未发生不良反应。结论:单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗成年人缺氧缺血性脑损伤的临床疗效好,其机制可能与单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂降低患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平有关。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of monosialoglycans ganglioside in the treatment of adult hypoxic-ischemic brain damage. Methods: Ninety-two cases of patients with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage were randomly divided into two groups,control group( n = 46) and study group( n = 46). The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy and citicoline,the study group was treated with monosialoglycolic ganglioside on the basis of therapy in control group.Neurologic impairment degree,the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) and interleukin-6( IL-6) and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results: Compared with before treatment,the NIHSS score,serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment,and the decrease of the study group was more significant than that of the control group( P < 0. 05); The total effective rate was 93. 48%( 43/46) in the study group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group( 73. 91%,34/46),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); There was no adverse reactions in the treatment group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion:Monosialyl tetrahexose ganglioside in the treatment of adult hypoxic-ischemic brain damage can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients,the mechanism may be related to decrease of the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 induced by monosialoglycans ganglioside.
