摘要(Abstract)：

为研究１９９４年我们在贵阳新分离的灭蚊真菌（代号ＮＦ）与大链壶菌的亲缘关系，在比较二者的形态和生长特征、灭蚊能力的同时，对它们的可溶性蛋白和酯酶同工酶谱进行了对比研究，并首次报道了大链壶菌的可溶性蛋白及酯酶同工酶谱。
In order to study the systematic relationship between a newly isolated mosquito killing fungus in Guizhou and Lagenidium giganteum, a promising mosquito biocontrol agent, a comparing study was carried out in different levels. Besides of morphology features, a comparison on the resolvable proteins and isozyme of lipases was made. This article reports the electrophoresis spectra of resolvable proteins and isozyme of lipases of Lagenidium giganteum for the first time and showed that there were marked differences between the observed electrophoresis spectra of these strains of fungi.
