摘要(Abstract):
用荧光分光光度法检测了3月龄、12月龄和18月龄SD大鼠肝脏单胺氧化酶(MAO)及其同工酶(MAO─A.MAO─B)的活性。结果表明MAO及其两种同工酶的活性均随增龄而升高,成年鼠的酶活性升高尤为显著(P<0.01),升高幅度达幼年鼠67%以上,老年鼠与成年鼠基本持平,只有MAO─A略有升高。
The activity of monoamine oxidase(MAO)and its isozyme A and B in the rat livers of different ages was defected with spectrofluorometry, The results revealed that the activities of MAO,MAO-A and MAO-B of rat livers tended to increase with aging. The mid-aged(12 months) and the old-aged (18months) groups showed a significant rise(P<0.01).This study suggests that the activities of MAO and its isozymes in the rat livers are age-related and may be one the indacators of aging.
