摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :探讨肿瘤坏死因子 α(tumornecrosisfactor α ,TNF α)在鼻息肉中的表达和意义。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法研究TNF α在鼻息肉组织匀浆、胎儿下鼻甲组织匀浆和鼻息肉患者的血清、正常成人血清及脐血中的表达及其意义。结果 :鼻息肉组织匀浆、鼻息肉患者的血清、正常成人血清中TNF α平均质量浓度 (μg/L)分别为 1 0 3± 0 14 ,0 79± 0 11,0 79± 0 13,鼻息肉组织匀浆中TNF α的含量高于鼻息肉患者的血清、正常成人血清中的含量 ,差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :TNF α在鼻息肉中过度表达 ,通过局部炎症微环境的调控 ,在鼻息肉的发生、发展过程中起重要作用
Objective: To study the expression of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) in nasal polyps (NP) tissue and their significance. Methods: The expression and significance of TNF α were studied in homogenates of NP, serum samples of NP patients, normal subjects and umbilical cord blood by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results: The mean values of TNF α(μg/L) in homogenates of NP, serum samples of NP patients and normal subjects were: 1 03±0 14, 0 79±0 11 and 0 79±0 13 respectively. TNF α over expressed in homogenates of NP significantly(P<0 01). Conclusion: The over expression of TNF α in the tissue of NP showing that it plays a predominate role in the genesis and development of NP by means of modulating the local microenviroment of inflammation.
