摘要(Abstract)：

回顾性分析４９例经手术病理或抗痨治疗证实的非好发部位消化道结核，包括食道和胃各６例，十二指肠２５例，结肠１２例。主要Ｘ线征象为：管腔向心性狭窄；粘膜存在、粗乱；充盈缺损，溃疡、窄道及瘘管形成。多脏器受累、多节段发病及多种病变同时存在是其特点。结果提示非好发部位消化结核Ｘ线表现具有一定特征性，大部分（本组７４５％），可作出正确诊断。
ortynine cases of the gastrointestinal tuberculosis of infrequent sites (GITISs) confirmed by surgery and pathology or antituberculous chemotherapy were analysed retrospectivly,including 6 of the esophagus,6 of the stomach,25 of the duodenum and 12 of the colon.Radiologic features were lumen stricture,existing and coarsening of the mucosa,filling defect,formation of ulcer,sinus tract,fistula,involvement in multisite and multiorgan and existing of multiform pathology in the same time.The results suggest GITISs had their radiologic characteristics,upon which,most cases can be diagnosed correetly.
