摘要(Abstract):
目的 :观察丹芍化纤胶囊对四氯化碳 (CCl4)中毒性肝纤维化模型大鼠肝细胞线粒体脂质过氧化的作用。方法 :分别提取正常对照组、肝纤维化模型组、自然恢复组、低剂量丹芍化纤胶囊治疗组、高剂量丹芍化纤胶囊治疗组大鼠的肝组织线粒体 ,测定丙二醛 (MDA)的含量。结果 :肝纤维化组及自然恢复组较正常组大鼠肝细胞线粒体MDA含量明显增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗后 ,高剂量治疗组及低剂量治疗组大鼠肝细胞线粒体MDA含量均较肝纤维化组及自然恢复组明显降低 ,基本恢复正常水平。结论 :丹芍化纤胶囊对肝纤维化大鼠肝脏线粒体脂质过氧化具有一定的抑制作用 ,可能是其发挥抗肝纤维化疗效的机制。
Objective: To study the effect of Danshaohuaxian capsules on lipid peroxidation of mitochondria in hepatic fibrosis rats.Methods: Mitochondria were extracted from hepatic cells and content of malondialdehyde (MAD) was determined.Results: The content of mitochondrion MAD was significantly higher in hepatic fibrosis rats than that in control (P<0.05). After treatment with Danshaohuaxian capsule for 8 weeks, the MDA content in hepatic fibrosis rats decreased obviously (P<0.05).Conclusion: Danshaohuaxian capsules can inhibit hepatic fibrosis possibly through its inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation in mitochondria.
