高考落选后精神分裂症患者MMPI测试分析The Measurement of MMPI in the Patients with Psychiatric Disorders Following Fail Examination

摘要(Abstract)：
为分析和了解高考落选后出现精神障碍病人的人格结构特征及其倾向 ,应用MMPI分别测试 41例在高考落选后 6个月内出现精神分裂症、情感性障碍以及其他精神障碍并住院治疗的精神病人和 37名正常对照。结果显示临床诊断 (根据CCMD - 2 -R标准 )精神分裂症的病人除O(Si)量表外 ,其余各量表T分与对照组均存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且F和 6 (Pa)量表的平均T分超过 6 0 ,8(Sc)量表也接近 6 0 (5 9 2 )。提示高考落选后出现精神分裂症的病人在人格结构中存在偏执、思维障碍、社会退缩、多疑、过敏、脆弱、内向及不恰当的情感反应倾向 ,对高考落选易采取消极的应对方式和出现心理症状 ,甚至严重的精神障碍。
To analyse and understand the personality structure of the patients with psychiatric disorders following fail examination for the advanced education,the MMPI was employed in 41 cases of patients who bore psychiatric disorders and were hospitalized following fail examination within six months and 37 normal controls. All of scales on T score showed significant difference between schizo phrenic group and control group except the scale O (Si)(P<0 05).Scales on T score in patient group were higher than that in normal group, particularly on scale 6(Pa) and scale 8(Sc). The personality structure in the patient group was paranoid, disturbance of thinking, flinch from society, suspicious, oversensitive, feeling weak, introversion and the deviation of improper feeling response.The patients easily resorted to negative coping as a way to the psychological stress, showed psychological symptoms and even serious psychiatric disorders when they failed in the examination.
