摘要(Abstract):
为使骨折患者的治疗与康复同步进行,作者设计出PIECEMI治康仪。特点为:集直流电促进骨生长,双动态中频电流止痛,低频脉冲被动运动及自动注入碱性药物调节骨折区酸碱度为一体。动物电学测定各电流间几乎无叠加效应;36只成年家兔动物试验,其X线、组织切片、力学强度、骨钙定量测定均较单纯直流电组优。骨折愈合主要是成骨活动及软骨内化骨加速。经临床应用82例新鲜骨折,疗效满意。结果提示:本仪器能促进骨折愈合,增强肌肉收缩力,使治疗与康复同步进行。
The PIECEMI curing-recovering instrument has been designed to realize the synchronization of curing and recovering of fracture patients. Its distinguishing feature is the combination of abilities of accelerating bone growth by direct current, pain-relieving by double dynamic rnedium frequency current,stimulating passive movement by low frequency pulses and auto-injection of basic medicine to adjust the pH condition in fracture location.The results of zoo-electric test showed that the overlaP between different currents is hardly discovered. In the animal experiment of 36 adult rabbits, the curing effects in treatment groups showed by X-ray photo, histogogical sections, mechanic strength, and bone calcium quantity are better than those of controls. The healing of fracture mainly is the acceleration of osteogenic activities and endochondral ossification. The clinic application results of 82 cases of fresh fracture were satisfactory. It is suggested that this instrument can improve the healing of fracture and, in the same time, increase the contracting strength of muscles,so that attention is equally Paid to curing and recovering.
