新生大鼠缺氧缺血时脑皮质Fas-L的变化
Changes of Fas-L Protein Expression in the Cortex of Neonatal Rats with Hypoxic-ischemic Brain Damage

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨缺氧缺血脑损伤时脑皮质Fas-L蛋白表达的变化。方法:建立新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)动物模型并设假手术组作为对照,根据检测需要,在缺氧、缺血后24h,3d,7d应用免疫组织化学SP法测定脑皮质Fas-L蛋白表达情况。结果:左脑皮质Fas-L蛋白表达阳性率假手术组、实验组24h依次为8.04±3.50,120.20±6.10;3d依次为8.20±3.10,87.6±5.90;7d依次为8.01±2.80,8.32±2.90。实验组与假手术组比较,在第7天时,差异无显著性(P>0.05);24h,3d时明显增多,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:新生大鼠HIBD后24h,3d,7d结扎侧脑皮质,Fas-L蛋白开始表达增高,后降低。
Objective:To explore the changes of the expression of Fas-L protein in cortex of newborn rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD).Methods:HIBD animal model was established with rats as experiment group,and sham operation group was set up as control.The contents of Fas-L protein in cortex were detected in 24 hours,3 days and 7 days after the episode of hypoxia and ischemia by using immunohistochemistry method.Results:Comparing with the sham operation group,the expression of Fas-L protein(24 h and 3 d)was obviously stronger in the brain cortex of the ligated side in experiment group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the expression of the two groups on the seventh day.Conclusion:The expression of Fas-L protein in cortex of newborn rats increases rapidly in the beginning of HIBD and decreases latter.
